What is Roots & Roads?
Based on a “Mock Business Model”, this is our local and in person hub where young people get hands-on work experience and gain life skills while providing a welcoming place for the community to gather. We serve locally roasted coffee and espresso drinks, fresh juices, baked goods, snacks and more!
Roots & Roads is all donation based and not for profit. These young people are learning how to not only work together as a team, but also care for their community.
Roots & Roads Mentorship Program (12 Weeks)
A 12-week, hands-on program designed to equip young adults with the tools they need to thrive in life and the workplace. They are challenged and supported every step of the way through in-person connection and one-on-one local mentorship.
